Record the arrival
Vehicle, broker, seed type, bags, gross and net weight, moisture and freight, entered at the gate.

The first arrival into a free plot opens a lot for one seed type. Or send it Direct to production.

Shift or transfer
Move bags into production or another godown. The lot's average bag weight fills in the kilos.

Raise the patti
Pick the broker's vehicles, apply rate and expenses, print office and broker copies, and mark it paid.

Questions
What mill owners ask us first
We already have two years in a spreadsheet. Do we lose it?
No. The Import page reads your Daily Transaction export or any similar sheet, matches each column to an AgrimX field and shows how confident each match is before anything is saved.
Is our data kept separate from other mills?
Yes. Each mill has its own web app and its own database on the AgrimX cloud. Nothing is shared between mills, and only the people you add can sign in.
Can a staff member see the pattis but not change them?
Yes. Each role has view, add, edit and delete switches per area, and you choose which reports each role may open.
How is shortage calculated?
When a lot reaches zero bags and is closed, AgrimX records inward kilos minus outward kilos for that lot, and the shortage per bag. The location is then free for the next lot.
Does it handle farmer RTGS payments?
Not today. AgrimX tracks what is owed to brokers through pattis and marks them paid; the bank transfer itself stays in your banking software.
