Speak the mill's language
Bags, lots, pattis and hamali, not debit notes and cost centres.
A rice mill's real wealth sits in its godowns as bags of paddy. We built AgrimX so that wealth is counted as carefully as money in a bank: every bag in, every bag out, and nothing unexplained.
Like many mills, the first mill we worked with ran on a shared sheet: one row per vehicle, one column per godown, and a set of formulas that only one person truly understood.
It worked, until it didn't. Shortages surfaced months late, pattis were retyped from the same rows, and nobody could say with confidence how many bags were in Plot 3.
AgrimX keeps the language of that sheet (arrivals, lots, shifts, pattis) and puts a proper ledger underneath it. Every screen and report was shaped with the people who use it at the gate and in the office.
Bags, lots, pattis and hamali, not debit notes and cost centres.
Every report reads the same ledger, so numbers never disagree.
Your own database, kept apart from every other mill, and exportable to Excel at any time.
Busy seasons, many hands at the gate and in the office: simple screens everyone can use.
Send us last month's Daily Transaction sheet. We import it and walk you through your own godowns, lots and pattis on a 30-minute call.
